So we had a legacy day just before the Corona Virus Lock down. It was well attended and chaired by a Senior Lecturer from EKSU - Ekiti State University. We made the news at EKTV - Many thanks to Mr Sola Oyewole who covered the event and made it news.
The purpose of the legacy day was to acknowledge the work of the late philanthropist -
Chief Festus Olowolafe Osekita who bequeathed a part of the building to us. During this event, we opened the library.
The library is equipped with 10 stand alone computers and a variety of children's books for all ages and a selection of resources for learning during play. There is still a serious amount of work to be done for the library to be complete. We need more books, funding to ship books that have been donated to us by Harlington School, wall shelves for book displays, a librarian, a librarian's desk, a toy library section and a music section for borrowing recorders.
