Active Learning

At Osekita Academy, students receive so much more than an ordinary education. We pride ourselves on creating a unique, exciting environment that embraces all types of learners and promotes growth both academically and personally. Students and families are also welcomed into a dynamic and supportive community.

We believe that an effective education doesn’t just come from memorizing or lecturing. Active participation in the learning process entails analyzing, discussing and collaborating - in order to comprehend and retain. All of our courses are designed to encourage deep mental processing and student engagement with the class material.

STEM/STEAM based learning.

This is based on Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Maths. To start our children off we will incorporate Puzzles, Constructions, Chess and Scrabble into enrichment learning time.

Oracy and Language will also form a strong backbone to our curriculum. Our children will be introduced to different Art forms such as Dance, Drama, Painting and Music.
